The hours you purchase may be used for whatever you wish. This may include emergency service calls, equipment installation, or routine maintenance.

	Time Tracked in half-hour increments	Regular time is billed in 1 hour increments. With pre-paid time block, you can get more out of your pre-paid time.
	No destination charge	We appreciate your commitment to us. In exchange for your long term commitment, we’ll waive travel charges.
	Pre-paid time does not expire	Since we consider the time you purchase an asset to your practice, our pre-paid time blocks never expire. We’ll send you regular statement that details how much time you have available.
	No emergency fees	Nothing is more important for us then having your practice up and running. Besides, if you are not in business neither are we.

Ofcourse, you can call us when you need us. Our rates are still affordable and we provide the same quality of services without any compromises.

Billing for our onsite services with no pre-paid time block is based on an hourly rate of $105* (with a one hour minimum), zone charges and emergency fee, if any, may apply.
